The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp at +65 8757 7561. Let us know your preferred date, time, pet's name, and reason for the visit. You can also call us at +65 6481 6889 during opening hours.
We do see walk-in patients, but please note that a walk-in charge applies for visits without a prior appointment. We recommend booking ahead via WhatsApp to secure your preferred time and avoid any wait.
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, we are open 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Tuesdays and Public Holidays.
Last appointment is at 7:40 pm on weekdays and 4:40 pm on weekends. After-hours consultation charges apply after these times.
We provide urgent care during our opening hours. If your pet needs emergency attention outside of our operating hours, please contact an emergency veterinary hospital. You may also reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will respond as soon as we can during the next business day.
Vaccination requirements vary based on your pet's species, age, and lifestyle. We'll recommend the appropriate vaccination schedule during your consultation. Please contact us directly for specific advice tailored to your pet.
