We do see walk-in patients, but please note that a walk-in charge applies for visits without a prior appointment. We recommend booking ahead via WhatsApp to secure your preferred time and avoid waiting.
Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Sat & Sun: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Closed on Tuesdays and Public Holidays.
Last appointment is at 7:40 pm on weekdays and 4:40 pm on weekends. After-hours consultation charges apply after these times.
We provide urgent care during our opening hours. If your pet needs emergency attention outside our operating hours, please contact an emergency veterinary hospital. You may also reach out on WhatsApp and we will respond as soon as we can during the next business day.

Please bring your pet's vaccination records, medical history, a list of current medications, and any photos or videos of symptoms. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so we can get you settled.
We accept cash, NETS, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Please contact the clinic if you have questions about other payment options.
We primarily treat dogs and cats. If you have a rabbit, hamster, or other small animal, please call us ahead of your visit so we can advise you accordingly.
